Support was really quick to reply and made it simple for my kid to use Nessy without any hassle. It saved us time and got them back to learning instead of getting stuck trying to figure things out.

I went through the curriculum the other evening after making coffee, and it was really clear and simple to follow. Nothing felt overly complicated or confusing, which I appreciated.

After I paid I got a little suspicious and wondered if I’d made a mistake. But it actually turned out okay. He’s reading more now and getting into fewer fights, so I can’t really complain...

Just a heads-up for other parents: nessy has been okay for us, but it hasn’t been the attention-holder I was hoping for. My child does enjoy some of the games and the little rewards, especially at first, but after a while he loses interest and I have to keep nudging him to continue. It’s not a bad program, and it can definitely be useful for short sessions, but I wouldn’t expect it to keep a child fully engaged on its own

I feel so relieved seeing my kid’s spelling finally getting better. I still remember how frustrated they used to get over simple words, and it was hard to watch. Now they’re more confident and actually trying without getting upset right away. It’s been such a nice change.

I can’t say it hasn’t helped keep him trying longer than regular workbooks do. Some parts do get a little repetitive, and the layout wasn’t exactly obvious to me at first. But overall, we’re not unhappy with it. It’s been helpful and easy enough to use once we got the hang of it.

We’ve been using nessy in our classroom for reading practice, and overall, the kids seem to enjoy the games. It’s definitely helped keep some of my students more focused, which I really appreciate. To be fair, though, it’s not always the easiest tool to manage when you’ve got a full class waiting. Logging in and switching between students can feel a little slow, and the teacher dashboard can be confusing at times. I do think it’s a good program with real benefits, I just wish the classroom management side was a bit more streamlined.

I was having trouble logging in and it was frustrating. Support got back to me fast and sorted the issue, which I appreciated. Still, I kind of expected an apology for the hassle.

Nessy has been a good fit for my son. He’s 8, and compared with some other learning apps we’ve tried in the past, this one feels much more suited to his age. The lessons are easy for him to follow, and the games and videos are clearly aimed at primary school kids, which works well for us. I can imagine older children might find it a bit too babyish, though. I’m giving it 4 stars because a few parts get quite repetitive, but overall it feels age-appropriate and easy enough for him to use without me needing to sit beside him the whole time.

My kids use Nessy for homeschool and, they dont complain about it which is a win. The lessons are short and easy for them to follow, and I like that I can quickly see what they’ve done without having to dig around.

The phonics are really clear, which I appreciate! I just wish the updates were a bit easier to figure out sometimes... overall, it’s been good

We use Nessy at home on the laptop, and my son just logs in on the iPad too. It loads fine on both, and he can pick up right where he left off. There’s no messing around with settings or anything, which is just really handy for us.

Every week I like to sit down and check what my son has been working on, and it’s been really nice to see his progress laid out clearly. The tracking is easy enough to follow and gives me a good sense of how he’s doing. My only small gripe is that the reports can take a little while to load sometimes, but overall I’ve enjoyed using it.
